Where do we ship?
Currently, we only ship within North America (Canada and the US). We may expand our reach in the future if there is enough interest. Contact us if you are outside of North America and want to buy from us.
How much is shipping?
Within Canada, shipping cost is $10 for all orders. Shipping to the US is $15 for all orders. So whether you are spending $5 or $500, your rate is the same for your country. It is better to order items together to save shipping costs.
When will you get your order?
We ship orders every business day. For most locations, you should get your order within a week. Within the GTA, it is usually only two business days.
How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped with Canada Post and come with a tracking number. In the event of service disruption, we will continue to ship orders as quickly as possible using other carrier services, such as FedEx and UPS.
Can we ship it express?
Not at this time.
What is the pick-up program?
At select canadianCUBING speedcubing competitions, we will be selling merchandise in person. If you are going to be at one of these events, you can place your order ahead of time and pick it up at the competition. You will be able to save the shipping cost for your order.
At which competitions can you pick up your order?
It is decided on a case by case situation. The majority of Ontario competitions will have this option. But you should check the competition website on canadianCUBING. The merchandise section will indicate if this option is available.
How do you remove the shipping cost if you are picking up your order?
There is a shipping option available to you at check out for the available competitions. Create your order as usual, and select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Typically, you have until two days before the competition date to place your order to be able to pick it up.
What forms of payment do we accept online?
We accept all major credit cards or you can use Paypal.
What forms of payment do we accept in person?
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express at our kiosks. Sorry, we cannot accept debit cards.
How can you use your discount code?
When you place your order online, you are able to enter in a discount code on the final total during the checkout process.
What if you didn’t spend the full discount amount?
These are discounts, not gift cards. You get up to the full discount off your order, but cannot carry left over amounts. For example, if you have a $10 discount, and your order is $15, you pay $5. However, if your order is only $5, you won’t have to pay.
What happens if the item is not what you expected when it arrives?
All orders come with a 30-day return policy if the item is unopened. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds, only the amount of the returned items.
What happens if the item is damaged?
All orders come with a 14-day return policy in the event that you received the item with the defect. This applies to items that are damaged when you open the package and it is unusable, for example. It does not apply to items that arrived in working condition but broke under use of the product. We do not offer warranties on the products.
What happens if I just don’t like the item?
If you decide you do not like your items, you are able to return them for a refund*. You must return the puzzle and all packaging. The address to send the items to is on the invoice and the return address on the package you receive from us. All opened packages are subject to a $2 restocking fee. If the packaging of the items is damaged that we cannot reuse it, you may be subject to a 20% penalty on the refunded item.
* Refunds not applicable to clothing.
How do you return an item?
Contact us to start the process. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item has been received and verified to be correct, we will refund your money to the payment form used to place the order.
